Past Technology Experience

The only experience I have had in computer technology is from the required BCIS class I took during my junior year of high school. In that class I took typing tests, learned briefly about Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and a few other things. As far as remembering how to do these things, I can't say that my memory has been exercised much in Excel. I'm sure that if I get back into it I will be able to remember the basics. I am very active on Facebook, so I know all about that! I'm excited to learn new things in this class so that I can teach effectively as a dance instructor!

this is a good start as far as technology goes.

Video is a powerful tool for dance instructors. Also audio. when you do your final project I suggest that you do something with video analysis or creating music mixups that you could use in choreographing a dance.

I didn't see that you had completed requirement #3 of the assignment . . . http://open.byu.edu/ipt286/assignments/assignment-2-personal-learning-environment/

Did I miss that somewhere?
